Stoneleigh will be a 6 person CQC registered residential service in Liverpool and will provide accommodation and individualised specialist support to adults diagnosed with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities.
The build is currently underway. While a timeline is still to be determined, we anticipate completion at the end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.
Stoneleigh will be a detached property, spanning over four spacious floors. Each individual will have their own bedroom, en-suite and living space, with access to a communal lounge, kitchen, dining room and garden.
The residential home will be developed to incorporate ‘Best Practice Design’ for supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities and environmental adaptations will be made in order to create a bespoke setting, meeting the specifications of each individual.
