We are looking for Support Workers to join our specialist, residential and supported living services.

You will be supporting individuals with autism, and/or learning disabilities, and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new opportunities.

The ideal candidates for the position of support worker should be outgoing, caring, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure. You just need the right attitude and a commitment to our values; experience is not a requirement. Want flexibility? If you work on a full time (40 hours) contract our rolling Rota requires you to work 3 days out of 7 with typical shift times of; Days 08:00-20:00 Nights 20:00-08:00.
