Will Peirce

Will has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 16 years. He began his career as a Kitchen Assistant in a residential home for the elderly, before progressing through a variety of roles, including Support Worker, Senior, Unit Lead and Registered Manager. Throughout his career, he has gained experience across a wide range of settings, including Supported Living, Respite, Residential services, Children’s School and Residential provisions, and Secure environments.

Will finds the role of Registered Manager extremely rewarding. He takes pride in improving the lives of the people he supports, whilst also helping to develop the skills and personal experiences of his staff teams. In his previous role, the high quality of care and strong service culture he helped create were recognised by both local authorities and his organisation, earning awards such as Culture Hero and runner-up for Regional Manager of the Year. These achievements reflect Will’s passion for delivering meaningful, person-centred support and creating positive, empowering environments.

Will has dedicated much of his personal and professional development to the Health and Social Care field. Beginning with AVCE studies in Health and Social Care at college, he went on to complete his Level 3 NVQ while working as a Support Worker to strengthen his knowledge and practice. As his career progressed into leadership, he achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management with distinction.

Will believes the care industry is engrained within his DNA and making a difference through strong leadership and high-quality service delivery is extremely important to him. As Registered Manager at Holly House, Will is excited to further develop his experience in growth, quality improvement and formal staff training, while continuing to enhance the thriving reputation of Cedar Health and Wellbeing.
