Tanunurwa brings a varied professional background, with experience in accounting, finance, and sales before moving into support work in 2024.

He joined Cedar Health and Wellbeing as a Support Worker in December 2024, was quickly promoted to Senior Support Worker in May 2025, and progressed to Deputy Manager at Fulwood Lodge in March 2026.

In his role, Tanunurwa is passionate about supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives and achieve the best possible quality of life. He enjoys helping people reach their full potential and guiding staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
