Simon has a rich history spanning 32 years in the health and social care sector, driven by a genuine passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Throughout his extensive career, he has worked with remarkable individuals, primarily focusing on those with learning disabilities and autism. Witnessing positive transformations in their skills, behaviour, and communication brings him immense satisfaction.
He is particularly passionate about fostering independence through personalized support packages in Supported Living. Despite his extensive experience, Simon remains committed to continuous learning and professional development, actively pursuing new skills to benefit both staff and the individuals they support.
As a proud member of the Cedar Health and Wellbeing team, Simon values the enriching experiences it has offered him. Outside of work, he cherishes quality time with his family, especially attending football matches and outings with his grandchildren. Sports like football, cricket, and tennis are his primary interests, and he makes an effort to attend games and events whenever possible. Additionally, Simon has a diverse taste in music and enjoys attending concerts and music events.
