Sharon supports the day-to-day management of Holly House, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals with complex needs. She works closely with staff to maintain high standards of practice, promote a positive team culture, and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements, CQC standards, and organisational policies. Sharon is confident in supporting staff development, managing challenging situations, and making informed decisions that prioritise the wellbeing and independence of the people we support.
Sharon has an academic background in Criminology, Sociology, and Psychology which has strengthened her understanding of human behaviour, mental health and the social factors that influence individuals' lives. Sharon therefore takes a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to care, risk management, and leadership.
Sharon is recognised for leading by example, building positive relationships with colleagues, professionals, and families, as well as maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure. Sharon is passionate about driving continuous improvement, empowering staff to reach their potential, and achieving positive outcomes for the people we support. Her ambition is to continue developing as a leader, contributing to high-performing services that consistently deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.
