Sarah is a Trainer at Cedar Health and Wellbeing, who stepped into this crucial role in August 2023. With an impressive background spanning over 21 years in education, Sarah has honed her skills across the primary range, from ages 4 to 11, in mainstream schools. As a Subject Leader in key disciplines such as Maths, English, Science, P.E., Geography, and Music, Sarah has consistently demonstrated her commitment to educational excellence.

In her role at Cedar Health and Wellbeing, Sarah takes charge of delivering comprehensive training across various roles and responsibilities within the organisation. She not only brings her wealth of educational experience to the team but is also actively involved in developing the current training modules. Sarah is dedicated to designing and creating new training programs that cater to the changing and expanding needs of both our supported individuals and staff. This commitment reflects her forward-thinking approach and ensures that Cedar Health and Wellbeing remains at the forefront of providing high-quality care and support.

Excited to contribute her expertise to a fresh domain, Sarah is passionate about the prospect of making a meaningful impact within the organisation and to the lives of our supported individuals. Despite this being her first foray into the Health and Social Care Sector, Sarah is enthusiastic about the opportunity to develop further within Cedar Health and Wellbeing.

Outside of her professional commitments, Sarah is deeply family-oriented and finds joy in various recreational activities. She has a penchant for walking, running, and cycling, relishing the thrill of the outdoors. An avid cinema and theatre-goer. Socialising with friends is another aspect of Sarah's vibrant life, where she values connections and shared moments.

Sarah is no stranger to pushing her physical boundaries, having completed triathlons, various 10km races, and actively participated in the renowned Great South Run. This not only reflects her commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle but also showcases her determination and drive to take on challenges beyond the ordinary.
