Sarah is a Trainer at Cedar Health and Wellbeing, having joined in August 2023. With over 21 years of experience in education, she has taught mainstream schools and served as a Subject Leader in various key disciplines. In her current role, Sarah is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and developing training modules, that meet the evolving needs of supported individuals and staff. Her commitment to educational excellence and forward-thinking approach, ensures Cedar Health and Wellbeing remains a leader in quality care and support.
Sarah is enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact within the organisation. Outside of work, she values family and enjoys outdoor activities like walking, running, and cycling. An avid cinema and theatre enthusiast, she also cherishes socialising with friends. Sarah embraces physical challenges, having completed triathlons, numerous 10km races and the Great South Run, showcasing her determination and commitment to an active lifestyle. Her diverse interests and dedication to both personal and professional growth make her a valuable asset to her team.
