Phil Collier

Phil began his career in the adult care sector over 30 years ago and has since worked in variety of different roles, including 15+ years managing various services. Phil enjoys his role as registered manager, particularly improving the quality of life for the individuals we support, and sharing his knowledge and experience with those he manages.

His career path led him to Cedar Health and Wellbeing, where he manages our new service, Stoneleigh, based in Liverpool. Phil is looking forward to establishing Merseyside as a flourishing area of development within the company.

Phil is always looking to expand his knowledge and expertise, with a strong desire to learn and improve. While he has recently stepped into a managerial position within Cedar Health and Wellbeing, his long-term goal is to mentor others in delivering high-quality, respectful individualised care.

Outside of work, Phil is a family-focused person who enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren as well as his dogs. His Interests include supporting Stockport County (who do sometimes win) and spending time exploring new places in his campervan.
