Neil brings over 30 years of diverse professional experience to his role as Head of Maintenance. His career began in the motor trade, where he enhanced his technical skills and developed a keen eye for detail. He then transitioned into the IT sector where he gained expertise in problem-solving, system management, and operational efficiency.

However, it was in the care sector where Neil found his passion. For the past decade, he has combined his technical knowledge with a passion for supporting others, excelling in both care work and maintenance roles. His hands-on expertise, commitment to safety, and genuine care for the well-being of others have made him an invaluable part of the team.

As Head of Maintenance, Neil ensures that our services run smoothly, creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all. His leadership, dedication, and versatile background make him a trusted and respected figure in the organization.

In his spare time, Neil enjoys the watching F1 racing and he volunteers in his local community Village Hall at the weekend.
