Lyndsay Langley

Lyndsay has 24 years of experience in the health and social care sector, including 11+ years developing and delivering children’s residential and education services and 13+ years working with adults in residential and supported living services nationally. Her career has been dedicated to improving the lives of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health diagnoses, Physical Disabilities and complex presentations.

Beginning as a support worker, Lyndsay advanced through various operational and business development roles, with a strong commitment to keeping the needs of service users at the heart of her work and valuing relationship building with key stakeholders.

Lyndsay is passionate about developing innovative solutions, enabling individuals in restrictive settings to live in the least restrictive environments possible. As a registered social worker, she has a special interest in legal frameworks around environmental design and restrictive practices, ensuring support is aligned with the Care Act (2014) and Mental Capacity Act (2005).

Her qualifications in psychology, social work, and leadership have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to develop services that meet the highest standards. Outside of work, Lyndsay enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants and exploring the countryside with her husband and dog.
