Karen Eastham
Karen brings over 30 years of experience in the health and social care sector. Starting as a support worker, she advanced to Service Manager, specialising in supporting vulnerable adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Throughout her career, Karen has managed both residential and supported living services, consistently emphasising person-centred care, tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
Karen is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for those she supports, ensuring services not only meet compliance standards, but genuinely improve well-being. Collaborating closely with the Operations Team, she has played a key role in building and developing services.
As HR Advisor, Karen champions a supportive and inclusive workplace, that mirrors the values of person-centred care. Currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management, her vast experience allows her to offer critical support to Registered Managers, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys family time, especially with her granddaughter and staying active with gym workouts, balancing her professional and personal life with energy and focus.
