Josh Platt

Josh is the Service Manager for Supported Living at Cedar Health and Wellbeing and brings over five years of experience within the adult care sector. Since joining Cedar, Josh has shown a strong commitment to supporting individuals to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible.

He began his career with Cedar as a Senior Support Worker, developing a strong understanding of frontline care and the importance of building trusting, person-centred relationships. Through his dedication, leadership, and passion for high-quality support, he quickly progressed to Team Leader and then to Service Manager within our Supported Living Services.

Throughout his career, Josh has remained committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. He works closely with the people we support, their families, and staff teams to help ensure support is tailored to individual needs, goals, and aspirations.

His passion and dedication has been recognised through the Frontline Leader Award at the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards 2026. This recognition reflects Josh’s dedication to promoting strong leadership, positive practice, and meaningful outcomes within adult social care.

Josh promotes excellence in care, encouraging a positive culture, and ensuring every individual receives compassionate, person-centred support tailored to their needs. He continues to play an important role in supporting Cedar’s values and helping people to live fulfilling lives within their communities.
