PBS Practitioner
Jane Rollins
Jane is an experienced PBS Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and over 8 years of experience working within the field of health and social care. Her experience spans specialist autism schools, home and community settings, and independent and supported living services, supporting children from the age of 4 through to adulthood.
She has worked with individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, physical health conditions, and mental health needs, delivering ethical, person-centred, and evidence-based support tailored to each individual’s unique strengths and needs. Passionate about improving quality of life, Jane is committed to creating safe, supportive environments where people feel valued, empowered, and able to thrive.
Alongside direct support, Jane has extensive experience designing and delivering person-specific and diagnosis-specific training, including trauma-informed care and sensory processing. Her training background strengthens the quality and consistency of support provided by developing skilled, confident staff teams and helping to embed Positive Behaviour Support into everyday practice across services and organisations.
With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Jane is dedicated to building the skills, independence, and confidence of both the people she supports and the teams around them, ensuring individuals are supported to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
