Peripatetic Manager

Gemma Eades

Gemma has dedicated 9 years to the Health and Social Care Sector, fuelled by a strong passion for improving the industry. She has supported a diverse range of individuals, including those with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours. Gemma has progressed from a Senior Support Worker to managing Supported Living to Registered Manager at our first Residential Service and is now providing support to other Registered Managers in her role as Peripatetic Manager. 

Throughout her career, Gemma has earned numerous qualifications, including her Care Certificate and her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. Gemma's leadership skills have been evident throughout her journey with Cedar Health and Wellbeing as she has demonstrated her ability to work autonomously.

In her role, Gemma prioritises creating positive relationships and collaborating with teams to empower individuals facing challenges. She fosters an inclusive environment that recognises the unique strengths of both staff and residents, ensuring that our services operate as thriving communities, focused on growth and well-being. Gemma's commitment to high-quality care and her dedication to personal and professional development, make her an invaluable asset to her team and the individuals we support.
