Gemma has dedicated 9 years to the Health and Social Care Sector, fuelled by a strong passion for improving the industry. She has supported a diverse range of individuals, including those with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours, progressing from a Senior Support Worker to managing Supported Living. Her leadership skills were evident as she effectively ran a supported house, demonstrating her ability to work autonomously.

Throughout her career, Gemma has earned numerous qualifications, including her Care Certificate and has recently been promoted to Registered Manager at Cedar Health and Wellbeing, where she also completed her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

In her role, Gemma prioritises creating positive relationships and collaborating with her team to empower individuals facing challenges. She fosters an inclusive environment that recognises the unique strengths of both staff and residents, ensuring that Holly House operates as a thriving community focused on growth and well-being.
