With experience in both small and large teams, Donna takes pride in raising the standards of each service she has been part of. She measures success by creating a supportive and caring environment, that she would want for her own family.

As a manager, she has developed extensive knowledge in effective leadership, mentorship and self-reflection, shaping her into an honest and approachable leader. Her commitment extends beyond her professional duties to include the individuals she supports, dedicated staff, collaborating with professionals and the entire organisation.
