David Harrison-Howard is the Area Manager at Cedar Health and Wellbeing, bringing over 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector. His career began as a Mental Health Support Worker, providing direct care and support to individuals, before progressing into roles within local authority contract monitoring, commissioning, and quality assurance.

Building on this foundation, David advanced into Regional Manager positions with leading national social care charities and organisations, where he held CQC registrations for supported living services. In these roles, he successfully oversaw service delivery, compliance, and quality standards across multiple regions.
