Chris Overton has over eight years of experience in the health and social care sector, ensuring that Cedar Health and Wellbeing meets and exceeds regulatory standards, while delivering exceptional care to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. He began his career as a support worker and quickly advanced to roles such as: Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager, PBS and Transition Lead, significantly contributing to business growth and care quality enhancement.
As Head of Quality, Chris leverages his extensive experience to develop operational processes, that uphold the highest standards of care. His responsibilities include integrating quality assurance with staff development, to maintain Cedar Health and Wellbeing’s excellence. Known for his problem-solving skills, he has been instrumental in shaping organisational policies and procedures, fostering a strategically aligned and dynamic work environment.
Chris is passionate about creating homely environments for individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities, advocating for outcome-driven strategies, that enhance their quality of life.
