Bethany Moran
Beth has over 10 years of experience in HR, focusing on the health and social care sector in recent years. In her role, Beth oversees all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, policy development and learning and development. She ensures the company adheres to employment laws and regulations, while supporting both employees and management.
A key part of her role is providing support to staff from the recruitment stage, through to their ongoing professional development. She creates effective training programs and continuous learning opportunities, with a focus on compliance with CQC standards and improving the quality of care. Her leadership helps ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
Beth is CIPD Level 5 qualified and is working toward her CIPD Level 7 qualification, reflecting her commitment to professional growth. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching, helping employees develop their confidence and abilities, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, travelling, going for long walks and socialising with family and friends.
