She has worked across various industries in the public and private sectors and is passionate about promoting inclusive, engaged workplace cultures and empowering people to thrive through coaching and support.

In her current role, Andrea plays a key part in delivering a comprehensive HR service. This includes employee relations, policy development, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices. She works closely with both managers and employees to provide guidance and drive continuous improvement.
