In her current role, Amie leads the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job design to onboarding, ensuring every process is efficient, candidate-friendly, and fully compliant.
She is passionate about embedding safer recruitment practices, including robust pre-employment checks, safeguarding compliance, and DBS verification. Amie works closely with business development and operations teams to forecast staffing needs and build recruitment pipelines that support growth. She also manages recruitment for key leadership and specialist roles, while driving employer branding campaigns to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
In her spare time, Amie enjoys spending time with family and friends and walking her two dogs—a Husky and a German Shepherd.
